The new furniture is well-crafted and a delight. The only issue is that it took months longer than the projected completion date.

This is a really nicely built piece of furniture and I’m very happy with it. I use it as a portable laptop desk when I’m working from home, and it’s perfect.
What I wasn’t expecting (and since it has no affect on the quality of the product, I didn’t deduct any stars) is that it requires some assembly. It wasn’t complicated, but I’m not even a little handy. Worse yet, the screws that were partially set required a specialized tool to tighten (like some kind of Allen wrench). It wasn’t included, and I don’t have one.
Also, the angle you have to reach to tighten the screws with the specialized tool when the sides were being attached was tight and challenging. For people with carpentry skills, I’m sure this would pose no problem, but again, I’m an older female without specialized tools, who would have appreciated knowing that some assembly would be required and the specialized tool would not be included.
For those of us who are mechanically challenged, the inclusion of brief written instructions that tell you what kind of tool is needed would have been really helpful. I wound up paying a handy neighbor to assemble it for me. I love this little table, but it really is important to let people know if what they order will require some assembly.
This set is gorgeous! It arrived 3 weeks early, unheard of with most vendors. It is beautifully constructed and really heavy! Love the bench seat and the other chairs are very comfortable as well.

I purchased a Craftsman Mission Morris Chair with a specialty upholstery. It took awhile to make and delivery, and at first sight I didn't like the size of the back cushion and considered sending it back. But they very kindly created a smaller back cushion in the same upholstery, which I just received today. Very comfortable and well made chair. In red oak. Very solid. Thanks for the extra attention!

We opted for seashell and white and it looks classy. We ordered 2 and then 2 more. Its a tad of a chore putting them together but once you figure it out, it goes reasonably fast. The product is great, and I am a fairly detail oriented person. Buy the furniture wash for this.
We purchased two different chairs in one of the grays with walnut trim, and while they are solid and don't show dirt at all, I do recommend the lighter colors. The look is completely different. The products are solid.
The measurements in the description were perfect. The color is neutral because I'm not sure yet which room this chair will be. I rescued the chair from the side of the road the day before garbage pick up.
I wish i would have purchased these earlier - life on our patio has never been better since getting these. Great value for the quality, durability, and comfort! Highly recommend!
The country white paint sample that I ordered, along with 3 other paint and stain samples, arrived promptly, The samples are approximately 3 inches by 5 inches, easily large enough for matching purposes. They are labeled as to what type of wood (i.e. maple, cherry, etc.) is used, and the stain samples clearly show the pattern of the wood. The country white paint sample is off white, slightly creamy, but not yellow. It is more of a “cool” white. In addition, Snyder Lancaster Legacy has been very helpful by following up with me.
