At Snyder’s Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
The item must be in its original packaging (where applicable).
You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Custom Orders: Any item built-to-order, personalized, or customized with specific sizes/finishes/fabrics/COM.
Floor Models: Items sold "as-is" from our showroom floor.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Clearance/Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Request Approval: Email us at info@snydersfurniture.com to initiate your request.
Shipping: Once approved, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return transport to our showroom (Please take photors prior to returning in the case it is damaged during return shipping):

Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will inspect the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if the item arrives damaged or shows signs of use.
Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery or pickup. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours. This allows us to evaluate the issue and arrange for a repair or replacement promptly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 21 business days.
Bank Processing: Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
