How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Every piece is built to order by a small Amish shop, so lead times vary by builder — the estimated completion and delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button. Once your piece is finished, delivery typically takes up to 4 weeks (4–8 weeks for remote locations), and the carrier calls you to schedule a day and time window.

Do I need tools to assemble my furniture?

Free curbside delivery may require simple assembly, such as attaching table legs or connecting a headboard and footboard to the rails. Choose White-Glove delivery and our team places and sets up the furniture inside your home for you.

Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?

Yes. Because we build to order, you can choose your wood species, stain, hardware, and in many cases dimensions. Not seeing the option you need? Chat with us or call (717) 768-7642 and our designers will quote it.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

You can cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, requests are reviewed individually — once the woodworker has sourced materials or begun building, a 25% restocking fee applies to approved cancellations. Custom-built items cannot be returned once delivered, so please inspect your furniture on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

How do I care for my solid wood bedroom furniture?

Dust weekly with a soft, dry cloth, following the grain. To clean, use a barely damp cotton cloth followed right away by a dry one; for heavier cleaning add a drop of very mild dish soap, then wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry.

Never use products with silicone, ammonia, bleach or abrasives. Polish only once or twice a month with a quality furniture polish such as Guardsman.

Keep furniture out of strong direct sunlight and away from fireplaces, radiators and heating vents. Solid wood moves with the seasons, so keep indoor humidity around 40–45%. Use coasters and pads under drinks and hot, cold or sharp objects.

Every Timeless Expressions piece is built to order by Amish craftsmen in Lebanon County, PA. Most pieces take about 16–20 weeks from order to completion. Delivery is scheduled once your piece is complete.
