1. Each board in a panel has its own special grain characteristics. This causes it to accept stain in its own unique way.
2. Excessively humid conditions will cause a wood panel to absorb moisture and result in a warped or twisted panel.
3. Extremely dry conditions will cause a wood panel to dry out and shrink, resulting in a cracked panel.
4.Optimum humidity will be between 35% and 45% relative humidity.
Finish Information
After final sanding, this bed is finished with a catalyzed varnish clear coat. This finish is resistant to most household substances. We recommend cleaning your furniture with a damp cloth to remove dust. Proper cleaning and care of your furniture will reward you with many years of usefulness.
