Every piece is built to order by a small Amish shop, so lead times vary by builder — the estimated completion and delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button. Once your piece is finished, delivery typically takes up to 4 weeks (4–8 weeks for remote locations), and the carrier calls you to schedule a day and time window.

Cribs and conversion kits are assembled at home and aren’t part of White-Glove setup. The crib goes together with Allen-head bolts; the hardware, an Allen wrench and step-by-step instructions are included. The toddler bed and daybed conversions use the same kind of bolts, and the full-size bed rails attach to the headboard and footboard with hex bolts and heavy-duty brackets. Dressers, chests and nightstands can still be delivered White-Glove.

You can cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, requests are reviewed individually — once the woodworker has sourced materials or begun building, a 25% restocking fee applies to approved cancellations. Custom-built items cannot be returned once delivered, so please inspect your furniture on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Every piece is built to order by a small Amish shop in Lancaster County, PA. Most pieces take about 16–18 weeks from order to completion. Delivery is scheduled once your piece is complete.

Use a standard full-size crib mattress at least 51⅝" long and 27¼" wide, and no more than 6" thick. Once the crib is converted to a full-size bed, it takes a standard full mattress.

The toddler bed is for children at least 15 months old and up to 50 lb. It uses the same full-size crib mattress, and it converts with the Toddler Bed/Day Bed Conversion Kit.
