All Sales Are Final. No Exchanges, refunds or cancellations. A deposit of 50% is required on all orders and balance is due upon furniture completion. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 50%. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Orders are generally confirmed with craftsmen within 24 hours. Everything is built to order. All shops place material orders as needed. Most do not allow us to cancel. If you need more time before delivery we can request a hold with the craftsmen, most will honor the original price at order date for up to a year. Sales Associates do not have ability to cancel orders or issue refunds. If you wish to cancel please fill out the form below. Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. Any refunds will take place via same method as deposit within 7-10 days of cancellation approval.
