Cancellation

At Snyder’s Furniture, we partner with small, independent woodworking shops to craft your pieces. Because of this personal approach, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 72-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 72 hours of placement.

• After 72 Hours: Requests are reviewed individually. Once our woodworkers have sourced materials or begun crafting your piece, we generally cannot accept cancellations.

• Restocking Fees: If a late cancellation (After 72 hours) is approved, a taxable 25% restocking fee will be applied. Any shipping fees paid will be fully refunded.

• In-Transit Orders: We are unable to cancel any order once it has been picked up for delivery or shipped.
