Benches
1. For custom bench pricing take the next largest size and add $65.
Benches w/ Leaves
1. 60" or longer = 36" opening space for leaves (leaf size is 15"x 18")
2. 48"to 59" long = 30" opening space for leaves (leaf size is 15"x 15")
3. Benches w/ leaves are not available under 48" long

Tables
1. Maximum width for 2" thick edge with Breadboard ends is 48". Can go wider if top don't get
Breadboard ends.
2. Minimum length for 2" thick edge top with pullout Breadboard leaves is 60". Maximum leaf size
for 60" table is 15"
3. Minimum length for 2" thick edge solid top trestle style table is 60"
4. 36" high trestle table w/ 2" thick edge add $260. 42" high add $390.
This includes Westin, Ouray, Ramsey, Baldwin, Hudson, Houston, Alana and Sherwood. Tables w/ cast
iron bases (Pierre & Lahoma) are only available in 30" height.
5. Can do up to 24" leaves in 2" thick edge tables (Table must be 72" or longer) Add
$780.00 for Oak/Sap Cherry and $1027.00 for all other wood species.
6. If customer wants specific width on all boards on rough sawn top add an additional 10% (20%
total)
7. For Rough Sawn Wormy Maple use Cherry price. Check if available before giving price quote. White

Custom Pricing Formula for all Case Goods
To down size cabinet up to 25% less add $130. for customization. If less than 25% ask for price
quote.
To increase size figure out what % larger the cabinet is and add this same % to the standard price
+ $130. For 2 pc. unit like a hutch add $260 for customization.
Example: If you have a hutch that standard size is 63"w x 20"d 79"h and price is
$2350. but your customer wants it 70"w x 20"d x 83"h. Your total % larger is approximately 15% x
$2350 = $353. + $260 = $2803.
Custom Upcharge for Corner Hutches starts at $3900 due to pattern for glass shelves and takes more
time to figure out corner details. If larger than standard will need to charge for that. See
formula above.
Hutches, Servers & Side Boards
1. #321 Hartford 2 Door Buffet Sizes 41"w x 19-1/2"d x 34"h
2. Extra glass shelves for #298 Hudson Hutch is $95 ea.
3. Touch Lighting for Servers are $195 for 1 light w/ touch dimmer and$135 for 2 lights w/ touch
dimmer.
4. Euro soft close hinges Add $21 per hinge (unless it is standard)
Kitchen Islands
1. For Island tops can do mitered or but up against each other and fasten with lags underneath for
$195 per joint.
2. Drop Leaves on Islands. Price for 1 drop leaf is $210. For 2 drop leaves on 1 top add $315.
There is some extra labor in assembly when doing these.

Beds
1. To make a Platform Bed out of a bed where customer is using mattress only
a) Get their mattress thickness (can be anywhere from 8 to 14 inches)
b) Height from top of slats to bottom of headboard panel is approximately 15"
c) Will need to purchase a platform frame (this lays on the slats and adds 2") Plywood to lay on
top of slats is same price as platform frame.
d) Move the bed rails up a few inches if needed ($130 up charge)
e) If the rails get moved up on a low foot board (17" high) you may need to make the foot board a
few inches higher as well ($130 up charge)
f) Another option is to make the head board shorter (take out at bottom of posts)

4. Luxembourg Bed is not available w/ drawer rails.
5. For King, Queen and Full size drawer rails w/ drawers on 1 side only (3 drawers)

6. Inside measurements of drawer boxes in Drawer Rails is 19-1/2"w x 20"d x 8"h
7. For a Twin size X L Bed Add $65. (mattress size is 39"x 80")
8. To fasten or hang Head Board to the wall, order w/ wall mount bracket on back. To do this we
take a 5"w x 4' long board and cut it in half on a 45 degree angle. 1 piece gets fastened to the
wall and other piece to back of headboard. It works best to mount the bed a hair off the ground as
the weight helps to keep it in place. Up charge for this is $130. This also works to hang mirrors.
May need to build out the back to do this.
9. Low Foot board for most beds is $585. for finished Oak/Sap Cherry. Other wood species are $751.
