Product Care
Our products are made using Tangent recycled plastic lumber using post-industrial and post-consumer HDPE plastic like milk jugs and laundry detergent bottles and does not need to be painted or stained and will not rot or splinter. It is very color stable due to UV pigment systems that keep fading to a minimum.
Cleaning
Simply clean with dish soap and water solution and a soft bristle brush or sponge and rinse with clean water. We do not recommend using a pressure washer however if you choose to use one be sure not to exceed 1500 PSI and keep washer tip a minimum of 12” from furniture surface.
Do not use knifes or sharp objects on furniture. Flower pot residue should be removed regularly to prevent staining. Do not place hot items directly on furniture
Fasteners
Our furniture is built using high quality stainless steel. Stainless steel does not rust in most outdoor conditions, however if it is exposed to extreme conditions such as salt water or coastal areas it needs to be cleaned regularly with fresh water to maintain a rust-free surface.
With proper care and occasional cleaning your furniture will have lasting beauty and you can enjoy it for many years.
Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene lawn furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years residential or five(5) years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase. At our option we will repair or replace product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. Should we choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at time warranty service is required, a substitution of similar performance and equal or greater value will be made. Polyethylene is a synthetic and may scratch or fade when exposed to sunlight, or stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to changes in humidity and temperature. The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the applicable warranty period. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions such as coastal areas, if not maintained properly. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners or structural failure due to rusting fasteners, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of product, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials or any attempt to use the product in a manner
other than its intended use. This warranty also does not cover scratching or chipping of polyethylene, however, this warranty shall not limit any warranties made by the manufacturer for such items which may extend to you, (the purchaser). The Manufacturer makes no warranties other than those specifically described here in. The sole remedy provided is this warranty is repair or replacement of the product and we the manufacturer, are not responsible for shipping fees to replace product. All Cushions are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. Residential. No commercial warranty.
Swivels and or bearings are warranted to not fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.
