How We Check Your Order Status
We know you are excited to get your new furniture! Here is exactly what happens when you ask us for an update:

1. You Ask, We Act- When you send us a request, our team gets to work right away. We review your order and prepare to contact the builder who is making your piece.

2. We Contact the Woodshop- This is where we are different from big stores. We work with small, local Amish craftsmen, not big factories. These builders focus on quality, not technology. A lot of the shops do not use computers, email, or smartphones.

3. We Wait for a Reply- Because our builders don't use modern tech, we often have to leave a message, or send a fax. This takes a little extra time to get responses.

4. We Update You -Since we have to do this the "old-fashioned way," please allow up to 5 business days for us to get back to you.

A Note on Lead Times: Because every piece is built by hand in these small shops, completion dates can change slightly. We promise to get you the most accurate information possible as soon as we hear back from the builder.


 

It is currently Amish wedding season so delays may happen. We will do our best to keep you updated!
