At Snyder’s Furniture, we believe the best things in life are worth the wait. Because your furniture is being hand-built in authentic, offline Amish workshops, our tracking process looks a little different than a typical big-box store.

The Lifecycle of Your Order

To provide you with the most accurate information, we track your furniture through these specific phases:

• Phase 1: Order Confirmed & Materials Sourced | Your design is finalized, and the master craftsman is selecting the premium materials for your build.
• Phase 2: Production | Your piece is currently on the bench. In this phase, our builders are focused on joinery and assembly, away from phones and computers.
• Phase 3: Finishing | The final stage where all the finishing touches are completed.
• Phase 4: Quality Control + Pre Shipment |Your piece is inspected to ensure it matches what is on your order and is prepared to ship.

Since 1983, we’ve maintained a deep respect for the quiet, focused environment of our shops. Here is how we bridge the gap between their tradition and your home:

• The Request | When you submit a status request below, our team pulls your original Sales Order to verify your estimated timeline.
• The "Old-Fashioned" Outreach | Because our shops do not use email or smartphones, we reach out via landline or fax.
• The Craftsman’s Reply | Our builders typically check messages once a week. This allows them to stay focused on the wood, not the phone.
• The Notification | Once we hear back, we update your file. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to relay this information to you.

Note on Lead Times: Your original Sales Order contains the most accurate estimate. Because every piece is built by hand, these dates are "best estimates." If a shop update indicates a significant delay, we will contact you immediately.
