All 19 replica lighthouses - including the striped, spiral and diamond patterns (Cape Hatteras, Cape Lookout, St. Augustine, West Quoddy, White Shoal) - or pick Your Own Colors and choose a main and a trim color from the 21 standard poly colors. Woodgrain colors are not offered on the painted wood line.

The tower is MDO (medium-density overlay) - the resin-faced exterior sign board used for outdoor signage - hand-painted in your scheme, with stainless lantern-room hardware. Like any painted exterior, it will eventually want a fresh coat after years outdoors; if you never want to paint, choose the poly version of the same size.

Yes. Every lighthouse ships with a 25-watt bulb, standard socket and an 8' cord - plug it into an outdoor outlet or extension cord. Optional upgrades: a dusk-to-dawn sensor, an electric rotating beacon (3' and up), a solar kit (no cord at all) and interior tower lighting so the windows glow too.

The wood tower is hollow and light for its size (a 5' tower is roughly 40 lb - our estimate; the maker doesn't publish weights). On a sheltered lawn it stands on its own; on a windy or waterfront site anchor the base to a paver or deck.

Sizes 2' through 6' ship fully assembled by UPS Ground - with-base versions come in two boxes and the tower simply sets onto the base. 8' and 12' towers ship by freight on a pallet with curbside liftgate delivery. We ship to the lower 48 states.

Choose wood for the lowest price and the full range of painted replica patterns. Choose poly (solid HDPE lumber, color molded through) if you never want to repaint - it carries a 5-year warranty and is the better pick for salt air and full sun. Five of the striped/diamond replicas are also built on the poly line in painted Azek® PVC board.

Lighting components carry a 1-year warranty. The painted MDO body is not covered by the maker's poly warranty - wash it with mild detergent and water and touch up paint as needed.
