Every piece is built to order by a small Amish shop, so lead times vary by builder — the estimated completion and delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button. Once your piece is finished, delivery typically takes up to 4 weeks (4–8 weeks for remote locations), and the carrier calls you to schedule a day and time window.

Free curbside delivery may require simple assembly, such as attaching table legs or connecting a headboard and footboard to the rails. Choose White-Glove delivery and our team places and sets up the furniture inside your home for you.

Our solid wood furniture is backed by long-term manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship (terms vary by builder — see the warranty page linked on each product). Wood is a natural material, so some grain and color variation is normal and not a defect.

You can cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, requests are reviewed individually — once the woodworker has sourced materials or begun building, a 25% restocking fee applies to approved cancellations. Custom-built items cannot be returned once delivered, so please inspect your furniture on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Every Craftsman Collection piece is built to order in Lancaster County, PA. Most pieces take about 10–12 weeks from order to completion. Delivery is scheduled once your piece is complete.

• Wood components: 10 years against manufacturing defects.
• Springs and recliner mechanisms: 10 years. Electrical components of power recliners: 2 years.
• Glider bearings (250 lb load rating): 3 years.
• Seat and back cushions: 10 years against loss of resiliency (normal flattening and softening from use is not a defect); freight not covered after 2 years.
• Fabric: 1 year against unusual wear (excludes fading, pilling and crushing of fibers).
• Genuine leather: 3 years against unusual wear.
• Warranties are void for abuse, pet use or heavy soiling.

Choose from more than 300 upholstery options by Heartland Fabrics, from everyday and performance fabrics to Revolution, Ultraleather, faux leather and genuine leather. Cushions are upholstered in the builder's own shop by skilled seamstresses and upholsterers. Cushion softness depends partly on the cover you choose, and rotating cushions where possible extends the life of both the cushion and the fabric. Order samples to see and feel your cover before you decide.
