Every crib is solid wood, including the mattress support, with mortise-and-tenon joinery, hidden fasteners instead of exposed bolts, and a three-position mattress support that leaves no visible holes as the crib converts.

The dressers, chests and nightstands have solid wood fronts, sides and tops, dovetailed drawer boxes on soft-close, under-mount slides, and a wall anchor with every piece. The hardwood comes from the Appalachian region, and every piece is built and finished in the shop's own workshop.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Every piece is built to order by a small Amish shop, so lead times vary by builder — the estimated completion and delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button. Once your piece is finished, delivery typically takes up to 4 weeks (4–8 weeks for remote locations), and the carrier calls you to schedule a day and time window.

Do I need tools to assemble my furniture?

Free curbside delivery may require simple assembly, such as attaching table legs or connecting a headboard and footboard to the rails. Choose White-Glove delivery and our team places and sets up the furniture inside your home for you.

Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?

Yes. Because we build to order, you can choose your wood species, stain, hardware, and in many cases dimensions. Not seeing the option you need? Chat with us or call (717) 768-7642 and our designers will quote it.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

You can cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, requests are reviewed individually — once the woodworker has sourced materials or begun building, a 25% restocking fee applies to approved cancellations. Custom-built items cannot be returned once delivered, so please inspect your furniture on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

How long does your Kid's Comfort furniture take to build?

Every piece is built to order by Kid's Comfort in Sugarcreek, Ohio. Most pieces take about 18–22 weeks from order to completion. Delivery is scheduled once your furniture is complete.
